CUSTOMER SERVICES / SALES SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Job descriptions:

• Handle Customers’ Enquiries. Support the sales and management teams in marketing and business development activities.
• Supporting the Sales team in pricing, preparing quotations.
• Obtain rates from overseas partners/vendors and prepare costing sheets and quotations.
• Generate business leads internally and secure new business and grow customer base, develop, and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
• Follow up on sales leads and prospects, targeting to acquire these leads as new customers.
• Compile Sales Reports for the Management
• Any other related duties assigned from time to time to meet the business needs.

Requirements:

• Min. 3 years' of relevant operational experience in International Air & Seafreight forwarding/logistic.
• Discipline, Result oriented, Success driven and able to work under pressure
• Good interpersonal communication skill with excellent customer service competency
• Strong communicator, Independent, Focus
• Good customer service skills with excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Meticulous and accurate with a positive attitude and able to multi-task and team player
• Candidates able to commence work immediately would be an advantage
