CUSTOMER SERVICE/SALES

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries from potential and existing clients
• Explain visa services, requirements, & processes clearly and professionally
• Follow up with leads through WhatsApp, email, phone calls, and other communication channels
• Maintain good relationships with clients throughout the sales process
• Stay updated on visa services and relevant regulations
• Provide professional and friendly customer service
• Support other sales and business development activities when required

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in visa, travel, or related services
• Good English both written and spoken
• Graduate from Hospitality, Law, English, or a related field is preferred
• Good follow up skills and able to maintain client relationships
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good knowledge of Bali and visa-related services is an advantage
• Fast learner, confident, proactive, responsible, and customer oriented
