Duties

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable wireless products and accessories
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits of various devices and plans
• Assist customers with retail sales transactions, including cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) operations, and upselling additional products or services
• Maintain attractive merchandise displays through merchandising and stocking efforts to enhance the shopping environment
• Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or scheduling appointments
• Supervise or assist in supervising team members during shifts, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service
• Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels, assisting with stock replenishment, and organizing product placement

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales or grocery store experience preferred; strong background in retail math and basic math skills required
• Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership qualities are a plus
• Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve a diverse customer base effectively
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and customer engagement
• Experience with POS systems, cashiering, and retail transactions necessary for smooth sales processes
• Knowledge of wireless technology products or experience in electronics retail is advantageous
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to upsell products confidently and professionally
