Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Customer Service & Sales Representative with an active insurance license. This remote role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping clients, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable balancing both service and sales responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting clients with policy changes, billing questions, and claims support
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Identify coverage needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
• Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, and cross-selling
• Process endorsements, renewals, and policy updates accurately
• Follow agency procedures, compliance standards, and workflows
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve agency goals

Requirements:

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (required)
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
• Previous experience in insurance customer service and/or sales
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Reliable internet connection and comfortable using CRM systems

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with Farmers Insurance (preferred, not required)
• Proven track record in sales or account management
