Customer Service/Sales Representative

About the Role

NextPrep is looking for a Customer Service / Sales Representative to join our growing team.

You will be responsible for assisting customers from different countries through our online chat platform, answering enquiries, assisting with orders, and providing a smooth customer experience from enquiry to purchase.

This is a customer-facing sales and service role that is suitable for someone who is confident communicating in English, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through our online chat platform
• Respond to customer questions and provide accurate product information
• Provide customers with relevant price lists and order information
• Assist customers throughout the ordering process
• Confirm customer orders and ensure all details are accurate
• Follow up with customers regarding pending or incomplete orders
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
• Build rapport with customers and provide a positive customer experience
• Follow up with potential customers and close sales
• Maintain accurate customer and order records
• Work independently and manage multiple customer conversations efficiently

Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English
• Confident and comfortable communicating with customers
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, chat support, or a similar role is preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Responsible, reliable, and willing to learn
• Comfortable working with customers from different countries
• Able to commit to the required shift schedule

Fresh graduates and candidates without direct industry experience are welcome to apply if you have strong communication and customer service skills.

Training Provided

Full training will be provided, including training on our products, customer service process, order handling, and sales process.

You do not need to have prior experience in our specific industry.
