Job Overview

spaOasis is looking for a reliable, professional, and compassionate Part Time Customer Service Representative/Float Therapist to work approximately 20 hours per week. In this vital role, you will be the friendly face and helpful voice that ensures our clients receive exceptional support and service. Responsibilities

• Set a relaxing tone for the spa and serve as a compassionate, respectful, and attentive first point of contact for clients.
• Manage front desk duties including greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and taking calls.
• Ensure that all cashiering functions are carried out promptly and accurately.
• Explain spa menu, pricing, and other policies to guests and clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and the owner through clear verbal and written correspondence.
• Schedule reservations for guests and monitor availability of treatments and staff to ensure prompt service according to the relevant skills of the therapists.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and stocked spa and office space.
• Assist spa activities including meetings, promotions, clean-up and housekeeping duties.
• Direct Float Therapy appointments.
• Manage water chemistry in Float Pods.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must have a hunger for learning about Float Therapy and health and wellness.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Must be able to reach products on high and low shelving (ground to approx. 6 ft)
• Being reliable, professional, friendly, and a good communicator are a must!

Customer Service Representatives/Float Therapists earn hourly wage, plus tips. Raise available after 90 days. Unlimited Float Therapy, Compression Therapy, and Red Light Therapy privileges as available. Employee discounts available.
