Responsibilities:

• Direct Engagement: Represent our core technology and entertainment clients face-to-face within the local Cleveland community to generate brand awareness and drive sales acquisitions.
• Customer Service: Interact with potential customers in a friendly, professional manner to answer questions, explain product value, and deliver exceptional service.
• Presentation & Communication: Utilize strong verbal communication skills to deliver clear, compelling sales presentations tailored to consumer needs.
• Campaign Execution: Assist in organizing daily promotional materials, tracking customer feedback, and setting up workspace displays for a polished presentation.
• Team Collaboration: Participate in daily morning strategy meetings and collaborate with team members to hit daily targets and ensure seamless campaign execution.

Qualifications:

• Location: Must be able to commute to our vendor sites daily for in-person operations (this is not a remote or work-from-home position).
• Prior experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or athletics is a plus, but not required.

Pay: $46,000.00 - $65,747.37 per year
