Part-Time Customer Service & Sales Associate

The Chateau Glo Beauty Lounge is looking for a friendly, confident, and motivated Customer Service & Sales Associate to join our team!

We’re looking for someone who loves people, beauty, self-care, and creating an elevated client experience. You’ll be the welcoming face of the Chateau—helping clients feel comfortable, cared for, and excited to come back.

What you’ll do:

• Welcome and check in clients
• Answer phones, messages, and appointment questions
• Schedule appointments and assist with bookings
• Educate clients on our services, memberships & products
• Recommend services based on client needs
• Help drive sales and rebooking
• Keep the front desk and lounge looking polished and organized
• Outdoor marketing
• Create a warm, luxury experience from the moment clients walk in
