What You’ll Be Doing

Your job is simple:

• Make calls
• Create opportunities
• Follow up relentlessly

• Calling leads and past customers
• Following up on unsold estimates
• Re-engaging inactive customers
• Scheduling appointments for our sales team
• Driving business growth through outbound activity

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Confidence on the phone
• Ability to handle high outbound call volume
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Basic computer and CRM skills
• Sales or outbound calling experience is a plus — but hunger matters more than experience
