Duties

• Selling and activating phones
• Upselling accessories and other products and services.
• Be able to close sales and learn what products we offer to be able to educate customers and help the choose the right product or service to fit their needs.

Requirements

• Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent analysis capabilities to identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Demonstrated success in retail sales or technical sales environments is preferred.
