Customer Service/Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Engage in outbound calling to potential clients, promoting products and services effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including data entry and follow-up actions.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and other computer applications to manage client information and generate reports.
• Demonstrate strong phone etiquette while handling customer calls, ensuring a positive experience for every client.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall client satisfaction.
• Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Experience

• Previous experience in Smoke Shop is must. (Minimum 1 year experience)
• Competitive base pay plus performance-based commission.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly in both English and other languages as applicable.
• Proficient computer skills with familiarity in data entry, Microsoft Office applications, and general office procedures.
• Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate documentation of customer interactions.
