Now, we’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Tulsa, OK.

What You’ll Do

As the key link between our customers and service team, you’ll:

• Schedule deliveries and service jobs with precision.
• Keep customers informed and happy through excellent communication.
• Route service technicians to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Process invoices, warranty claims, transfers, and payments.
• Balance priorities with professionalism, positivity, and patience.
• Collaborate with department managers as needs shift throughout the day.

What We’re Looking For

• Monday–Friday availability, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch).
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Storis, Dispatch Track, POS software experience a plus).
• Quick learner with great multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of local geography & streets (bonus points if you know Tulsa well!).
• Professional, reliable, and customer-focused.
• Ability to stay cool under pressure while keeping things moving smoothly.
• Call Center Experience
• Commissioned Phone Sales
