What You'll Do (and Love):

• Be the friendly voice our 40,000+ loyal customers count on – handle inbound calls from existing customers who need service and expertly schedule our skilled technicians.
• Make meaningful outbound calls to remind customers about important filter changes – helping them keep their water clean, safe, and great-tasting.
• Work in our brand-new, modern facility designed for comfort and productivity.

What We're Looking For:

• Prior call center experience (a must!).
• Bilingual is a must
• Outstanding communication skills – warm, clear, and customer-focused.
