Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
• Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation meets quality standards
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, food handling, and food preparation zones
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and guest satisfaction
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple tables efficiently
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and restaurant sanitation policies
• Assist in basic food preparation tasks when needed to support kitchen operations

Requirements

• Prior food service or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
• Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, is highly desirable
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations
• Good time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
• Understanding of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Experience in serving or hospitality roles demonstrating excellent guest services skills
• Basic kitchen experience or food preparation knowledge is beneficial but not required
• Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude towards teamwork and guest interactions
