Customer Sevice & Documentation

Key Responsibilities

·       Prepare, verify, and maintain customer, shipping, and logistics documentation, including delivery orders, invoices, packing lists, shipping instructions, manifests, and other documents required to support import and export shipments.

·       Coordinate with the relevant customs/clearance team when documentation or information is required for customs-related processes.

·       Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with customer requirements, company policies, and regulatory standards.

• Work closely with Logistics Service Providers, depots, and relevant stakeholders to ensure customer orders are fulfilled and delivered according to agreed schedules.
• Serve as the key point of contact for customers and consignees on order fulfilment, delivery, collection, and other service-related matters.
• Proactively communicate with customers on order status, delivery schedules, potential delays, and service-related matters.

·       Support billing processes by ensuring documentation is complete and submitted accurately and on time.

·       Identify and resolve documentation discrepancies, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to minimize operational disruptions.

·       Generate reports and provide administrative support related to customer service and logistics operations.

·       Ensure adherence to internal controls, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

·       Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, documentation accuracy, and process efficiency.

·       Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor in line with business requirements.
