JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for a patient, responsible, and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our team. You will mainly handle customers through online channels, respond to inquiries, resolve after-sales issues, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and questions through online apps/platforms and in-app messaging.

• Handle pre-sales inquiries, after-sales services, customer complaints, returns, and exchanges professionally.

• Assist with other customer service-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

  Working Shift:
  Morning Shift: 8AM - 4PM (Office-Based)

  Evening Shift: 4PM - 12AM (WFH)

  Night Shift: 12AM - 8AM (WFH)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent Chinese communication skills, with fast typing speed and clear, patient written communication.
• Highly responsible with good emotional management and empathy; able to handle a certain level of work pressure.
• Fast learner with the ability to quickly understand and adapt to business processes.
• Proficient in common office software and online customer service/ticketing systems. Relevant experience is an advantage.
• Willing to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends, public holidays, and designated office-based shifts.
