Position: Customer Solution Architect – Dynamics 365 Field Service

[Must-have Skills]

• Solid client consulting & advisory skills.
• Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 CE, including Field Service, Customer

Service & Customer Insights, for large-scale implementations. Hands-on Power

Platform experience: Governance, Security & low-code

development.

• Professional architecture knowledge: CI/CD pipelines, integration, storage

optimization, archiving & reporting.

• Hands-on experience using AI tools & Copilot Studio for business-process

transformation.

• Public-sector work-safety clearance（NV1）
• Technical troubleshooting skills.
• Programming skills including .NET & JavaScript (for solution reviews).
• Ability to engage in conversations with senior stakeholders leading AI

transformation.

1. Key Requirements & Eligibility

• Experience Level: Minimum 10+ years of professional experience.

Nationality: Australian Citizens ONLY (Strictly excludes Australian

Permanent Residency, Temporary Residency, or work visa holders).

2. Equipment & Bring Your Own Device Policy

• Bring Your Own Device Acceptance: Partners must explicitly confirm and

document the candidate’s willingness to use their personal computer for work.

Client's Recommended Specifications:

o Operating System: Windows 11 Pro

o Random Access Memory: 16 GB minimum (32 GB recommended)

3. Candidate Submission Protocol

• Assessment Form: The client-provided Candidate Assessment Form must

be completed by the candidate during the screening stage.

• Mandatory Submission: Submissions must include both the Candidate

Resume Report and the completed Candidate Assessment Form.

Important Note: Resumes submitted without the completed Assessment

Form will NOT be reviewed by the client.

Pay: $120.00 – $160.00 per year
