  • Collaborate with Electrical, Firmware, Software, Systems, and Test Engineering teams to support product development, system validation, and technical problem resolution.
  • Assist with design verification, prototype testing, and performance analysis of electronic systems and subsystems.
  • Develop technical documentation including application notes, technical manuals, training materials, and implementation guides.
  • Provide technical training and support to customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Support trade shows, industry events, and customer demonstrations to showcase DDI technologies and solutions.
  • Capture customer feedback and technical requirements to inform future product improvements and engineering roadmaps.
  • Travel to customer sites as needed to support system integration, troubleshooting, and technical collaboration.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a closely related engineering field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in electronics engineering, embedded systems, or industrial control systems.
  • Experience designing, testing, or troubleshooting electronic circuits and electronic hardware systems.
  • Strong understanding of industrial control systems, including motion control, I/O systems, and embedded control platforms.
  • Experience interpreting electrical schematics, PCB documentation, and hardware design specifications.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional engineering environments.
  • Willingness to travel moderately to support customers and industry events.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting semiconductor manufacturing equipment, industrial automation systems, or mission-critical control systems.
  • Experience with electronic circuit simulation, PCB design review, or hardware validation.
  • Familiarity with industrial communication protocols and control system architectures.
  • Experience with functional safety standards such as IEC 61508 or EN ISO 13849-1.
