Having a DevOps background — implementing/maintaining cloud or on-premise technologies, scripting, SQL, and data analysis. Helping clients solve technical problems (while they are optimising CRM adoption, eCommerce conversion, Productivity, or Technology performance). Collaborating with world-class full-stack engineers on our team

Role & Responsibilities

• As a Customer Solution Engineer, you will handle a wide range of client requests:
• Discuss and implement monitoring, analytics, and automation requirements (using our wizard, rule editor, or scripting tools such as Python, Shell, SQL, etc.)
• Set up Product (on cloud or on-premise)
• Analyse data to troubleshoot issues or uncover insights
• Train clients to use product effectively
• Act as the liaison between clients and our engineering team
• Communicate with clients 100% of the time (via email, phone, and online meetings)
• Track any communication with our ticketing system to ensure nothing falls through the crack.

Tech Stack

• Unix, SQL, scripting, Apache Solr, AWS, Prospect, Kubernetes, ELK
• React, Java, Spring, Apache Solr, ElasticSearch, Kafka, Tomcat, Kubernetes, OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.

Skills

• Strong troubleshooting and analytics mindset
• Dashboarding and data visualization
• Understanding of business processes and functional requirements

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• total work: 3 years (Preferred)
• customer solution engineer: 2 years (Preferred)
