Customer Solutions & Support Representative - Veterinary

Role Overview: Supports distribution services by managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring accurate order and account processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Prioritize and manage a personal work queue to meet service and quality standards.
• Resolve routine and some complex customer issues using established policies and workflows.
• Review and validate customer, order, and account information, correcting discrepancies as needed.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to gather missing info, provide updates, and ensure smooth handoffs.
• Document case actions and outcomes accurately in designated systems for audit and reporting purposes.
• Identify recurring errors or service gaps using reports and data, implementing minor process improvements.
• Escalate high-risk or complex issues with comprehensive summaries and recommended actions.

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Over 2 years of experience in customer support, contact centers, help desk, or related fields.
• Preferred certifications in customer service, IT service management, or healthcare administration.
