Your Mission

• Drive service contract growth across ANZ.
• Ensure all contracts and pricing agreements comply with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
• Ensuring contractual service obligations are met.
• Analyse service contract pricing performance, margins, and market trends, recommending adjustments to optimise profitability.
• Drive the service contract review process to ensure contracts remain current, compliant and commercially sound.
• Support bids, tenders and proposals by ensuring service contract terms are competitive and compliant.
• Work with Customer Solutions Leads to monitor field-based service KPIs.
• Provide customer-facing support to the sales team on contract value propositions and benefits.

Your Talents

• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Health studies or similar.

• Experience selling to multiple stakeholders in the medical device sector, including service contracts.

• Extensive experience managing large field-based service teams; minimum five years preferred.

• Experience in SAP and Salesforce is essential.
