Location: Hurst, TX 76053 — Onsite

Pay: $21.00/hour

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

MMC Group is seeking Customer Solutions Representatives to support job seekers at a workforce career center in Hurst. In this role, you’ll build relationships, understand customers’ employment goals, and connect them with job opportunities, education, and community resources.

What You’ll Do

• Assist customers in person, by phone, and through virtual platforms.
• Assess employment goals and connect job seekers with appropriate opportunities.
• Help customers with resumes, applications, interview preparation, and professional presentation.
• Explain available employment services, educational opportunities, and community resources.
• Follow up with customers and contribute to the career center’s service and performance goals.
• Collaborate with coworkers and community partners to support customer needs.

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Empathy, patience, and the ability to work with customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Confidence using computers, word processing, and spreadsheets.
• Ability to learn multiple systems and manage competing priorities.
• Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and a good driving record.
• Six months of relevant experience preferred.
• Workforce development, employment services, or career counseling knowledge is helpful.
• English/Spanish bilingual skills strongly preferred, but not required.

This is an onsite office position. Occasional driving, travel, and schedule flexibility may be required.
