Customer Solutions Representative

Harborview connects businesses with innovative telecommunications solutions, representing AT&T's latest products and services. We're hiring a full-time Customer Solutions Representative to help business owners find the AT&T plans, devices, and services that fit their needs, and to turn those conversations into sales.

In this role, you'll give each business personalized guidance: answering questions, recommending the right solutions, and guiding customers through the sales process from start to finish. Every interaction builds trust, and that trust builds long-term customer relationships. This isn't just customer service. It's real sales experience and a real path to growth.

What You'll Do

• Listen to business owners' questions and share accurate information about AT&T products and services
• Recommend the right plans, devices, and accessories for each customer's needs
• Guide customers through the sales process and close new sales
• Process transactions efficiently and keep documentation accurate
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and show customers how to use their devices
• Build strong, lasting relationships with business customers
• Work toward individual and team sales goals

• Interest in technology and comfort learning smartphones, tablets, and other devices
• Motivated by goals and growth
• Sales, technology, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
