- ดูแลและติดตามกระบวนการเสนอราคาของ Freight Forwarder (FF) รวมถึงการเลือก Shipment ของลูกค้าผ่านระบบ
- ประสานงานและติดตามการแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นระหว่างลูกค้าและ Freight Forwarder
- ตรวจสอบเอกสารวางบิล ติดตามการรับชำระเงิน และแจ้งยอดค้างชำระตามกำหนด
- ดูแลการจ่ายเงินให้ Freight Forwarder อย่างถูกต้องและครบถ้วนตามรอบ
- สอนและแนะนำการใช้งานระบบให้กับ Importer / Exporter / Freight Forwarder
