Customer Success Assistant

A good client experience continues after the first conversation. We are looking for a Customer Success Assistant who will help clients get answers, stay informed and make the most of the services they use. If you enjoy building rapport and want to develop your skills in a business-facing role, this position offers a place to start.

You will be part of the day-to-day connection between clients and the team supporting them. Your work will involve listening carefully, keeping useful records and following up when someone needs an answer. You do not need to solve specialist technical issues yourself; you will need to make sure the right person sees them.

Where you will make a difference

• Welcome new client contacts and help them understand the next steps in the service process.
• Respond to routine questions by phone and email.
• Check in on outstanding requests and give clients accurate updates.
• Record feedback and recurring questions so the team can improve its support.
• Arrange follow-up conversations when a client needs more detailed help.

A strong Customer Success Assistant makes it easier for people to work together. That means noticing when a client is unsure, explaining what you know in plain language and following through on what you say you will do.
