Careception is hiring a Customer Success Associate to join our team and work with a US-based agency.

If you’re confident, energetic, a great communicator, and can handle multiple tasks at once, we’d love to hear from you!

✨ What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent English speaking and communication skills

• Strong multitasking and time management skills

• Confident and professional communication

• Self-starter with a positive attitude

• Ability to work independently and take ownership

• Previous customer service experience is a plus

• Comfortable working night shifts

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Communicating with US-based clients and customers

• Handling customer questions and providing support

• Managing multiple tasks while maintaining quality

• Following up with customers and ensuring a great experience

• Working closely with the team to achieve daily goals
