Customer Success Associate

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions via phone calls in Hindi, Marathi, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada languages.
• Process customer requests for product information, orders, returns, exchanges, and cancellations efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.

Job Requirements :

• Fluency in English (written & spoken) with proficiency in one or more Indian regional languages (Hindi, Marathi).
• Freshers from non-technical backgrounds with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work on voice processes for extended periods without fatigue.
