Customer Success Associate

Manages a portfolio of employer clients, providing consultative support, negotiation, and coordination to help maximize hiring success and long-term client value.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and build strong relationships with employer clients.
• Understand client hiring needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Help optimize job postings to improve applicant quality and engagement.
• Monitor hiring activity and provide proactive client support.
• Handle client concerns, pricing, renewals, and service discussions.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, retention, and increased platform usage.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.
• Meet quality, productivity, and turnaround targets.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 4+ years of experience in customer success, account management, business development, recruitment operations, or contact center.
• Strong client management and negotiation skills.
• Consultative and sales-oriented mindset.
• Excellent English communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• Experience using CRM, systems, and data to track client activities.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

WORK SET-UP

• Monday to Friday
