• Excellent English speaking and communication skills

• Confident, friendly, and professional phone manner

• Strong multitasking and time management skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to work independently and meet daily targets

• Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus

🎯 Job Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers who have already requested information

• Schedule appointments with interested customers

• Follow up with leads and confirm scheduled appointments

• Communicate professionally with US based customers

• Maintain accurate records and update appointment details

• Work with the team to achieve daily appointment setting targets

📍 Location: Bahria Town Phase 7, near Shaheen Chowk, Rawalpindi

🌙 Shift: Night Shift

🏢 Work Mode: On Site Only. This is not a work from home position.
