Customer Success

altshare is a leading equity management fintech platform, trusted by 3,000+ companies, 150 VC firms and over 120,000 beneficiaries worldwide .

As we continue to grow our US business, we’re looking for a hands-on Customer Success Manager to own customer relationships from onboarding through ongoing success.

You’ll work directly with US customers, drive adoption and retention, support 409A valuation processes, and serve as a key bridge between our customers and Product — turning customer needs into actionable insights and better experiences.

What you’ll do

• Own a portfolio of US customers end-to-end
• Lead onboarding and drive product adoption
• Build strong relationships and act as a trusted advisor
• Monitor customer health and proactively manage risks
• Drive renewals and identify growth opportunities
• Support 409A valuation processes
• Bring customer insights to Product and R&D

What we’re looking for

• 2–3 years of Customer Success / Account Management experience
• SaaS experience preferred
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, hands-on and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
• Fluent English
• Based in the US – Remote
