About the role

Big Tooth EduGroup is an education group based in Penang. We believe teaching is a profession to grow in, not a job to clock in for.

Key responsibilities

Answer basic parent and student enquiries using approved information, without making unauthorised promises
Maintain receipts, group records, student information and handover notes accurately
Escalate complaints, payment issues, course changes, safety matters or sensitive cases immediately

About you

SPM / Diploma and above
Fluent in Mandarin and English (Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage)
Basic computer skills (Google Sheets / Microsoft Office, WhatsApp, Zoom / Google Meet)
Detail-oriented, punctual and responsible; enjoys dealing with children and parents
Fresh graduates welcome; customer service, teaching assistant or education experience is a plus
