Customer Success - Data Center

We’re Hiring: Customer Success

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Relations.
• Experience in technology, digital services, or enterprise customer management is preferred.
• Strong customer relationship management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage customer onboarding, adoption, satisfaction, and retention.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience handling escalations.
• Familiarity with data centres, cloud solutions, digital platforms, or service management tools is an advantage.
• Commercial awareness to identify renewal, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer relationships and act as the primary point of contact.
• Drive customer onboarding, engagement, and service adoption.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, risks, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and escalations.
• Support customer retention, renewals, and business growth.
