• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
• Respond to patient over chat
• Manage appointment bookings and follow-ups to drive revenue
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Handle patient concerns with empathy and prompt resolution

Required Skills

• Good communication skills (Hindi basic English)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email handling, CRM tools)
• Customer-centric approach with problem-solving attitude
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Eligibility

• Graduate / Undergraduate (Fresher experienced both can apply)
• Experience in healthcare/customer support is a plus

Working Details

Shift: Day shift / Rotational (as per requirement)
