Job Description:

Flights Mojo is hiring Customer Success Executives for a blended process to handle customer queries through calls, emails, and chats while ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through voice and non-voice channels.
• Assist with flight bookings, cancellations, refunds, and itinerary-related concerns.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and coordinate with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow process guidelines and meet quality and productivity targets.

Requirements:

• Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and willingness to work night shifts.
