What they need
Position: Customer Success IC (Individual Contributor)
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 2–4 years
Background Required: CS Operations / Customer Support with voice support experience (mandatory)
Industry Preference: Health insurance experience is a plus but not mandatory
Important:
Candidates must have complete experience in voice support , as around 90% of the role involves voice support .
Key Role Details
- Candidates will handle both inbound and outbound calls
- The current Customer Success team has around 200 employees
Shift & Work Model
- 8-hour shift
- Rotational shifts
- No night shift
- Candidates will be informed one month in advance if there is any change in shift timings
- 5 days Work From Office
- Rotational weekly offs
