Customer Success Executive

Job Descriptions:

• Conduct customer calls, online sessions and appointments to guide customers on the appropriate use of the system.
• Understand customers' needs and proactively provide suitable HRMS solutions.
• Coordinate with Technical Support, Product and Development teams to resolve complex issues.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and identify potential renewal risks or opportunities for further engagement.
• Collect customer feedback and communicate it to the relevant internal teams.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Service, Account Management or a related role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in speaking to customers over the phone and conducting online sessions.
• Chinese-speaking ability is preferred, as the role may involve communicating with Chinese-speaking customers.
• Able to work independently while coordinating effectively with internal teams.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
