About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to help customers understand and effectively use our MAPOG platform, assist with queries, and build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide customers through product onboarding and feature demonstrations.
• Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and online meetings.
• Follow up with users to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the technical team to resolve issues.
• Collect customer feedback and maintain customer records.
• Build long-term customer relationships and encourage product usage.

Requirements

• Graduation required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with web applications.
• Willingness to learn about GIS, mapping technology, and SaaS products.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
