Responsibilities -

1. Client communication with regards to all campaigns/projects, deliverables, analytical reporting and escalation handling.

2. Solely responsible for client satisfaction and responses.

3. Documentation (IO, SOW, SOP, Presentations, Billing Reports, Dashboard etc.)

4. Liaise with internal teams for campaign execution/delivery as and when needed.

5. Responsible for monthly account growth/revenue.

6. Conduct review meetings with internal teams for account monitoring.

7. Checking email creatives to ensure client requirements are met.

8. Daily reporting to the manager and management on the accounts/clients you handle.

Qualifications

• Graduation required.

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of Account Management experience required.

• Females’ candidates Preferred.

• Flexibility for rotational US shifts
