Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce company products and services. Generate and qualify leads through telephonic communication, email, and other channels. Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team for suitable solutions. Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication. Coordinate with the sales and technical teams regarding customer requirements and enquiries. Maintain and regularly update customer and lead databases. Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents as required. Schedule meetings, site visits, and discussions between customers and the sales team. Track enquiries, follow-ups, quotations, and sales opportunities. Maintain proper records of daily calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions. Handle customer queries professionally and ensure timely responses. Assist the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly business targets. Maintain professional relationships with clients and support customer retention. Prepare regular reports on lead generation, follow-ups, and sales activities.
