About The Role We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to be the voice of Recruitly for our international clients across the UK & Europe.

We’re looking for someone who is great at communication, tech-savvy, product-oriented, and takes ownership.

What You’ll Do

Own customer communication & troubleshooting calls
Handle chat support and provide resolutions
Manage escalations and liaise with the Tech/Product teams
Track customer requests, issues and follow-ups
Become an expert across the Recruitly platform
Help create product videos, tours and support content
Act as the bridge between our customers and internal teams

What We’re Looking For

Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
Comfortable with SaaS & technology
Strong ownership and follow-through
Prior B2B SaaS / Customer Success experience is a big plus
Experience with UK/European clients is an advantage
