Customer Success Manager

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients after project confirmation.
• Understand client requirements, expectations, and concerns.
• Coordinate with Design, Sales, Project Management, and Execution teams.
• Regularly update clients on project progress, timelines, and milestones.
• Handle client queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
• Ensure projects are delivered as per agreed scope, quality, and timelines.
• Maintain strong and long-term relationships with clients.
• Collect client feedback and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Coordinate for site visits, design approvals, material selections, and handover.
• Maintain proper records of client communication and project updates.
• Support the team in improving customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, Management, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in Customer Success, Client Servicing, Relationship Management, or Interior Design.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, and communication platforms.
• Experience in the interior design, real estate, construction, or home-interior industry will be an advantage.
