*Role Overview*

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to build strong client relationships, drive product adoption, ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for account growth.

*Key Responsibilities*

• Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact.
• Lead customer onboarding, training and product adoption.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal Product, Tech and Support teams.
• Proactively resolve customer issues, escalations and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities and contribute to customer retention.

*Requirements*

• 36 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Servicing or SaaS/Technology.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong problem-solving, ownership and follow-up abilities.
• Comfortable working with SaaS/technology products; AI, automation or chatbot experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
