A fast-growing AI SaaS B2B company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join its growing Austin team.

This is a great opportunity for a CSM who wants to own a portfolio of B2B customers while helping shape the Customer Success function.

The Role

Own customer onboarding, adoption, renewals and expansion
Manage a book of B2B SaaS accounts
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and executives
Drive product adoption and customer outcomes
Run account reviews and success planning
Identify renewal and expansion opportunities
Work closely with Sales and Product to represent customer feedback
Help build CS processes and playbooks

About You

2–5 years' experience in Customer Success, Account Management or Technical Account Management
B2B SaaS experience
Experience managing a book of accounts
Strong communication and organisational skills
Commercially minded with experience around renewals/expansion
Comfortable working with technical or AI-driven products

Bonus: Experience within manufacturing, industrial technology, AI or workflow-driven SaaS.
