The Role

• Manage inbound customer inquiries, ensuring timely resolution or appropriate routing.

What You'll Need

• 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Customer Success, Account Management, or a comparable post-sale customer role.

• Proven experience managing or influencing customer renewals, including mitigating churn and driving retention.

• Strong analytical skills with fluency in SaaS retention metrics and customer signal interpretation.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with experience in cross-functional coordination.
