Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a Dynamic and Proactive Customer Success Manager to join our team and growing practice to drive exceptional patient experiences and patient satisfaction. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our patients for all customer service related concerns.

Duties to include but not limited to:

• Build and nurture lasting relationships with patients through proactive professional communication and personalized support
• Energetic approach to foster strong relationships and promote patient satisfaction
• Resolve customer service issues promptly by applying problem-solving skills and maintaining a professional approach.
• Manage front desk, scheduling and switchboard departments
• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
• Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to convey complex information clearly
• Medical Office experience is required
• Medical billing experience is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bilingual not required but is a PLUS!!
