What they need
A reputable organisation is seeking a Customer Success Officer to join its team.
Remote Role - Abuja Residents Only
Salary: ₦100,000 Monthly
Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
After Hours: WhatsApp chat support only, 5:30 PM – 9:00 PM
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- NYSC completed
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to plan and coordinate Customer Service Week activities
- Ability to lead customer experience initiatives
- Good problem-solving and relationship management skills
- Proactive, organised, and customer-focused
- Must be resident in Abuja
