Customer Success Specialist

The Customer Success Specialist will provide professional support to InBody customers and business partners and ensure customer inquiries are resolved accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer and partner inquiries.
• Manage support tickets from initial contact through resolution.
• Provide first-line product and software support.
• Coordinate technical issues with Technical Support.
• Handle complaints professionally and follow escalation procedures.
• Support customer onboarding and product training.
• Maintain accurate customer and case information.
• Follow up proactively on unresolved customer issues.
• Develop and maintain FAQs and knowledge-base content.
• Collect and communicate customer feedback.
• Support Customer Success KPIs and reporting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or customer success experience.
• Strong written and verbal in Dutch
• Customer-oriented communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
• Comfortable working with CRM and digital support systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• B2B customer-service experience.
• Medical-device or healthcare experience.
• Technical-support experience.
• Additional European languages.
