About the Role

We are looking for a Client Success Specialist to own the day-to-day relationship with Neoflow's clients. This is a hybrid role - part client support, part relationship management - suited to a fintech professional who is as comfortable resolving a client query efficiently as they are proactively nurturing long-term client relationships.This is a fully remote position and a key role in ensuring that our clients experience the level of service that Neoflow is built on.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Neoflow clients, handling queries, requests, and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients, ensuring they are getting full value
• Proactively monitor client activity and flag potential issues or opportunities before they escalate
• Coordinate internally with compliance and operations, to resolve client matters efficiently
• Support client onboarding, ensuring a smooth and well-structured experience from day one
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account status
• Gather and relay client feedback to the relevant internal stakeholders to inform product and service improvements

Who You Are:

• Proven experience in a client-facing role within fintech, payments, crypto, or a related financial services environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English - professional, clear, and client-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously without dropping the ball
• Proactive and organised, with a strong sense of ownership over client satisfaction
• Comfortable working remotely and independently
• Calm and solution-focused under pressure
