Our Manufacturing Excellence team help us improve the efficiency, quality and safety of our manufacturing operations, and our Logistics Excellence team develop new and innovative ways to distribute our products to customers.

About the role

Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely customer order fulfillment while generating insights and reports that support continuous improvement in service performance. This role combines operational execution with data analysis to enhance decision-making and drive service excellence for the US market.

Your responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process, from order entry to delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams (planning, logistics, sales) to meet customer service level agreements.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure order accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Generate periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to monitor service performance and key metrics.
• Analyze historical and current trends to identify risks, opportunities, and patterns.
• Track and monitor KPIs, ensuring accurate measurement and communication.
• Propose new or adjusted indicators to improve performance evaluation.
• Maintain and update dashboards and databases used for reporting and analysis.
• Prepare executive presentations with key findings and data-driven recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to customer service processes.

The experience we're looking for

• Substantial experience in customer service, order management and fulfillment.
• A strong track record of collaboration and team work.
• Comprehensive knowledge of planning, logistics and customer service
• Solution-oriented approach to complex challenges, with a focus on process improvement.
• Business acumen, paired with expertise in supply chain management and production optimisation.
