Senior Customer Supply Chain & Demand Planning Manager

Location: Remote (Arkansas) or Hybrid (Northern New Jersey)

We are partnering with a high-growth food company seeking a Senior Supply Chain & Demand Planning Manager to oversee forecasting, replenishment, and supply chain operations across a growing portfolio of brands. This role will manage Walmart replenishment, optimize inventory, and drive cross-functional planning initiatives. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role, in a high-growth startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own demand forecasting, supply planning, and replenishment across major retail accounts, with a strong focus on Walmart.
• Manage Walmart systems including Retail Link, Scintilla, NOVA, Supplier One, and FIXIT.
• Lead S&OP processes, aligning Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations.
• Analyze POS trends, inventory levels, and forecasts to support production and procurement decisions.
• Monitor OTIF, SQEP, inventory performance, and order fulfillment, identifying risks and driving improvements.
• Develop forecasting models, reporting tools, and dashboards to improve visibility and efficiency.
• Serve as the primary contact for Walmart replenishment teams, managing communication and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in demand planning, replenishment, or supply chain management.
• Strong Walmart experience required , including hands-on knowledge of Retail Link, Scintilla, and replenishment systems.
• Experience with S&OP, forecasting, inventory optimization, and retailer compliance.
• Advanced Excel required; Power BI and NetSuite experience preferred.
• Food/CPG industry experience preferred; frozen or cold-chain exposure a plus.
• Proactive, analytical, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
